Through the years, Joe has gained invaluable expertise as an ASE Certified Master Technician in the dealership environment, independent truck companies, and various auto repair shops. Joe’s many years with Jasper Engines & Transmissions as the Northern California Sales Manager allowed him to see a great need, single-minded Fleet Vehicle Repair and Maintenance.
